Dislikes

Salary is offered on your current ctc and not according to experience. Those who have high current ctc according to experience then offered hike will be good hike, but those who have low ctc as compared to experience then offered hike not match with experience.

Work Details

Working as a Core (Platform) Engineering team member and enjoying work as programming is my passion. Sometime work on critical bug fixing and sometime work on a new but complex functionality development (which I really loves) for a new feature.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Job Market Seems to Be Opening Up Again!

I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off!
