There are not much things to like about now. Recently the leadership got changed since then the culture has been changed drastically now there is a lot of work pressure and schedule has become very hectic.

Dislikes

Here teams gets changed continuously which results in changing of manager and then your new manager does not know much about your performance over the year and these all things results in poor promotion after doing work dedicatly for the entire year

Not a single process in PS.

Dislikes

PS Department has worst management specifically APAC ITPS. No proper process and resource allocation. Don't value employee hard work and skills. Just ask to whatever comes in mind. No hike & No promotion even though worked with sleepless nights on multiple projects. Every 6 months re-org so ground employee can't grow here.

- Great mid level Management and comforting colleagues - Salary credits on time, no delays whatsoever - Excellent team bonding and personal rapport with parallel hierarchy - The work ethics, although being personal POV, is common across the teams

- Senior level management having superiority complex - Frequent reorganizations, 3 in less than 2 years - No futuristic approach, everything subjected to one person's decision making leading to no operations & processes being consistent - Company Value and Actual operations being opposite - Boss & employee relation observed across the board in the senior management rather than leader & team member...Read More

People and culture is very positive in my team. Work and skill development is given good focus.

Dislikes

Management can be better at working from office policy. HR doesn't understand family depencies and suggests unrelated solutions. This leads to stress and balancing work and life properly.

It's product based. If you joined in core platform then for development it's good. If you join as support then don't expect technical work.

We should have all access for lower environment means we just look into code and fix if u r in support project.

Dislikes

Future opportunities in other companies are less for employees with <=5 YOE if they wish to switch from Icertis as the experience sticks to CLM domain which is not wide as SAP and other major products. Majority of employees switch to partner companies and do same work.
