Worst company i have experienced.

Dislikes

Recruitment process is worst. They don't care about employees lifes. They will release offer letters without project confirmation. Later we resigned in exist company they withdrawal their offer after few days. They will put our life's in risk. Don't prefer or recommend this company. They will not give any compensation for your loss, even though you loss employment. They don't have ethics.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
