The Research Institute am currently working is very innovative with respect to field of fishery. I am proud to be a part of the Fish Genetics and Biotechnology Division as well as fish genomics lab. I started my career from being a research scholar and now i am working as a women scientist, so i can see my career growth in terms of knowledge as well as publications. Fish farming and controlling disease its challenge but if taught properly and effectively implemented an annual 6% compounded revenue can be contribute to our state economy due to the availability and needed water quality.
