Employers don't know how to respect employees. High level of disrespect. In the beginning of joining they say that we will be assigned with a team. No team will be assigned. They assign the work of 6 to one person. If not done they give false assurance of support. In the eyes of the client we will be shown as someone at fault and incapable. IBST escapes smoothly. No support will be given. Very Manipulative. They follow divide and rule policy. When speaking to the employee in person they talk bad about the other employee. I have joined here as a fresher, and no time I have learned a lot of things from the team and the management, I have grab the knowledge in HR policies, screening, i improved my communication skills.
