Until Dr. Rashad Alkashgiri was controlling all the activities of the college we had job security, and unbiased treatment to the teaching faculty. Once it got de centralized and vice deans were given power to control things changed drastically. Honest, loyal and hardworking people were blamed.

Dislikes

Relatives of higher management, especially relatives of vice dean and people close to vice dean started playing politics and tried to show a very wrong picture of certain employees for their own revenge. This has lead to threat or insecurity of jobs to the sincere faculty existing. It is the responsibility of the Dean to find thegenuine reason for taking the decision of ending the contract of any faculty wisely rather than depending completely on vice deans decision. Work Details

Alhamdulillah it was great under the umbrella of Dean Dr. Rashad. In the beginning. Once it got decentralized or taken over by vice deans then things changed drastically and the working environment became very stressful and bad.
