Nothing much to be liked about the company.

There are a lot of things which are wrong with the company. 1. The team leader assigns tasks to his/her selected toe lickers, who further assign tasks to junior members of the team depending upon their mood and relation with that junior employee. At the end of a task, while the junior employee does all the reasearch work and documentation work, it's the team lead's chamchas that get all the credit for the task, even though their involvement in the task is only review related. 2. If any junior employee is having any sort of problems with any of the chamcha employees of the boss, the boss is not ready to even listen or react to such complaints, and in the end it's the junior employee who has to adjust himself/ herself to the bullying of their own boss along with the chamcha employees. Thus, the company is not caring about employees welfare at workplace, not supporting them to grow in the company, despite of the fact that someone has the potential to outperform those chamcha employees. 3. The company does not have a proper HR department like normal companies. The HR manager is biased towards selected people who hang out with her, and enjoy misleading benefits such as bunking office, getting extra paid leaves without notice of boss, learning about management's decisions (which are confidential), getting more hikes than junior employees etc. 4. The salary offered is very very very low as compared to industry standards. While a standard CTC for freshers should be around 6-7 LPA in an expensive city like Gurgaon/ Bangalore/ Mumbai, IBI offers a meagre CTC of 3 LPA, which leaves no savings for the freshers after cutting out the expenses. 5. There is no exposure for new resources in the company to learn new things, and all they are made to do is clerical work such as making PPTs, writing reports.
