Opportunity to work in multiple works being a startup. Good for freshers to learn and start your career. But don't expect great hikes or benefits. Not good enough to work more than 18months.

Makes you work like a slave with no benefits or promotion or hikes. Higher management Makes you feel ashamed to ask for hikes while comparing you with imaginary industry standards. Higher management Tells us you are family so that you work more in that delusion. No timings while closing work. but if you are late for even a minute inthe morning you will be shamed in front of whole team. Too much partiality towards yes men.
