The worst aspect of IB Group that I deeply dislike and never wish to encounter again is the unfair treatment of hardworking individuals. It's disheartening to see people putting in immense effort without receiving the appreciation or promotion they deserve, while others, contributing little to no value, are rewarded generously due to specific preferences.

There is no facility provided from company side. No transportation, food, accommodation, no proper parking in the company premise, no security, no proper seating in office or in plant area. No canteen facility in plant

No Proper response & Solution. Monopoly type culture. Self Department not supported for work & demotivated to work. ERP Team totally lazy & not provide timely response.

1.You will get salary by 3 Rd of the month 2.They will not fire you suddenly that doesn't because they are employee friendly but they unable to find another scape goat suddenly 3. Flexible work time but you need to work for entire day and night

1. They will appoint you by describing one job role and post recruitment you will find a total job role which never been explained to you during selection process. The reason behind it ,if they explain actual job role then very rare person will join. 2. No appraisal or increment policy. If you butter your boss you will get incrementeven twice in a year, if you can not you will never get a respectful increment 3. Very toxic work environment, full of threat culture 4. Worst work life balance . They will ask you to go to field and go to office even at 2 am, 4 am , but they will not pay you any extra for extra working hours and never explain you these type of horrible work timing during selection. 5. Officially you have Sunday is a holiday but your reporting manager force you to work on Sunday unofficially 6. There is no proper leave policy, only you will get 1.25 leave / month or 15 leave in a year. No PL or sick leave as such. Even after joining 6 month you have no l leave allowed so if you are sick take any leave it will be deducted from your salary 7. Travel policy is worst, if you are traveling with your manager your manager will insist you to stay with your in a same room in a hotel (horrible) to save company cost and this type of force and threat culture I am facing 1st time in my entire 18 years of my career. 8. Company will showcase to media as a very employee friendly and socially helpful organisation but in reality it is full different and full of show off and hypocrisy. 9. If you are coming from.another company then Abis will pay you whatever you want. No negotiation. Some systems are good , departments are different.

Work life balance is very poor, leave policy almost negligible, low bonus , heavy burden of work , no promotion, will disturb even on leave and holidays. No medical policy. Reporting head will insult you anytime by using slangs.
