Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The company's work process is very interesting and good. Any employee will enjoy the kind of work Ian Martin does.

Dislikes

Management is pathetic, extraordinarily biased and selfish. Too much micromanagement. They say that they're transparent & open to feedback and suggestions, but they actually target people who speak straightforwardly. They do not recognise the hard work and efforts. No motivation is there and salary increment is too low.
