- Lack of professionalism in higher management. - It's very difficult to understand their online survey platforms and make updates. - They put someone who don't know anything on manager or like most experienced positions, they are only for misleading and putting pressure on developers.They take appreciations but blame always goes to developers. - Very low salary and salary is not based on experience or qualifications. - No one who has self-respect can continue in this company for a long time....Read More

In IT, irrespective of experience and qualifications System Analyst and Project Manager are awesome positions; you can expect very good salary, work life balance, adequate leaves and other benefits. Post Covid WFH option Work only on week days

Entire IT department even IT project Manager is under a System Analyst ; this you can see only in this company. Managers must have some knowledge on the applications already developed and being updated. Worst management; they blame you for their mistakes. Work pressure.
