Working at IIIE ltd company made me realise that, you have to motivate yourself when nobody recognises you for the works you have done and make your self learn, as nobody cares what you know and what you want to do....

Dislikes

At IIIE ltd Bangalore, all you see is the politics and monopoly. Most of the employee's are related to each other either by blood or relation.
