Joined 3 months ago and resigned immediately Bad work culture No empathy No support Zero work life balance, Managers doesnt care about work life balance Laptop provided was a defective one and very old one fought many times, but still no response atleast they dont have minimum standards on providing accesories Least coding standards, I have seen people with lots of experience with poor style of coding practices Frontend is outdated Never join as frontend engineer, forget es6 syntax not even es5 syntax is used Backend technologies is not so good people never think of providing a good design in project no architect is present Product developers pretends they are from fintech but doesnt have real time expertise with fintech and banking Dont fall for high paying ctc, No flexible timings, People do micro management in terms of timings, Employee gossips are more about other people and manager and technology used, Work culture is bad due to this No morality and empathy for people who work over there Most of the employees are in comfort zone which makes the total company outdated technology , Employees cannot come out from comfort zone due to this middle management encash it as opportunity Dont fall for ctc and banking technology, most of the new people who joined either fall into comfort zone or may search for other opportunities...Read More
