No job security is there. If any senior person is not liking you then you are gone. Zero HR policy. What Sr. VP or VP will decide that will be final.

Management is focused on bringing out the best product. The time and resources required to research is provided. Latest technologies are being used to modernise the product. The work timings are flexible. New initiatives are started to create employee engagement.

Dislikes

A lot more focus has to be created in brand management. Though the company has all good ingredients, potential candidates look for better and we'll known brands.
