Salary negotiation & work culture at hyundai motors

Hi community members, I recently cleared hyundai interview for talegaon plant but they have offered 24% to my last salary which is well below to my expectations considering talegaon is very expensive to my current location. Can someone tell me whats the salary strcture for manager at hyundai with 8 years of experience currently they have offered me 15.5 lpa. & Also can someone tell me the workculture of hyundai (i am concerned about overstay).

Actually Hyundai Motor India Limited is best South Korean company. They didn't deduct any kind of money during this pandemic from our salaries. Provided work from home facilities and many more others.

Dislikes

I personally feel that there is a huge difference between contractual and permanent employees. You will feel that in every moment. Otherwise Hyundai is best.
