Great people to work with untapped potentials. Good compensation. Toxic work culture due to top management in SQA department who can't even perceive the potential or persona of their own people.

Dislikes

Boot lickers are appreciated still here.company doesn't want to give power of decision making to teams working at India. The blend of multinational company is totally missing its mark. If you are a person who raises voice then you will be put down by the egos of either the manager or clueless HR but the problem will still be the pro blem. There is no politics. Work hard and get the benefits. Hyundai's brand name is a plus point for your future.

Dislikes

After 2 years of starting career phase there is nothing much to learn. So it is good for freshers but not for experienced person. You wont find much experienced people here. Work environment and work life balance is the worst. Salary decent for freshers.

Work Details

I undertake projects coming from head quaters(Korea). The work is quite chalenging as it is an R&D centre and projects always have tight due dates. It is common to stretch after hours and coming to office on holidays.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
