If you expect a growth in your career, please don't join in this company. Managers are puppets of Koreans. They don't about the team or projects. They just come sit and attend meetings and then leave for the day. This continues for the whole 365 days. No fun activities. Everyday is work work work. This is a like school. Come at 8 and leave after 7 or 7.30. Leaves will be there in your account but you will not given a chance to utilise them. The appraisal cycle is from Jan - Dec. But they send the Goal sheet in the month of April. Mid year review will be in June. And final appraisal will be in the Dec month. Most importantly your will ratings will be fixed before evaluating you. Still they won't give hikes by on-time. And the most worst part, Notice period is 90 days. There is an policy for buyout.
