Only one way communication. Korean takes decision . And u have to implement., Koreans will ask only for results in numbers.... No proper appraisal , Salary Hike Company/ HR policies not supporting staff. Management is not transparent. Good co-workers to work with. No official training. Not for career oriented people. Lack of innovation, as they have very limited Young blood people.

All Power/Authority is centralized to Korean Management only, no power given to locals. Too much of reporting and time wasted in unnecessary meetings with out any conclusions. Appraisal are just ok.
