Nothing to like in HYT

Dislikes

- Design HOD (Sayyed Sailani) is horrible, dominating nature - HOD shouts on designer in very bad language - No standard process.. everything depends on HOD’s mood - They will not give you clearance after leaving the company - you can come to office at 9 am but no timing to go home.. if you go at 6:30 Pm you will be treated very bad and forced to work after office hours - Its Completely like Jail - No work life balance - You can not take leaves even if you are sick - You will be forced to work even on Sundays - No work management, they will give you 10 task and will ask you to do it at one time - Worst time of life to work with HYT...Read More

Experiences and insults that forces you to go through self learning to leave the company. Good for beginners if you have the courage to take up great insults but still try to learn your way.

Dislikes

Every single thing. Especially the design manager. It's a prison to get into. I literally had to sleep less hours to develop my skills enough to get out of the company.
