You have a certain level of freedom to do your job, if you handle it right, no one bothers you & there's no micro management.

Dislikes

There's nothing to like! Work culture is toxic, compensation & benefits are outdated, no professional growth, management acts like they are doing you a favour by paying you, non-existent HR dept - the list of very long!

No such thing as Work-Life balance at Hyster! They expect you to work 12hrs/day & still be grateful.
