I got a chance to work under a person, who himself is an institution. Every time I meet with him I learn something. The company works in next gen technologies. Atmosphere is very conducive to learn high end technologies and that to in depth. The company is a paradise for freshers. The company gives immense chance to freshers to build their foundation(Knowledge).

Dislikes

I am new in this company so can't give a detailed feedback. However, I would like the management to give holiday on 1st and 3rd Saturday rather than 2nd and 4th Saturday so that we can accomplish Govt. related works on working days. I am 37 Years old and have a family I wish flexibility. It's bit rigid. There is no earned leave concept. You can't keep leaves for future or any emergency use although they reimburse quarterly, but that's not my requirement....Read More

Work Details

I am associated with a project that has made me to understand the concepts from depth. Earlier I worked only in CRUD related projects. I have overcome some of my fears here. Trying my level best to match expectations.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
