No proper work culture, Such an inhumane behaviour, Keeps changing decisions , not stable with decisions and ideas, assigned one work timing but made to work more than 8hrs. Not a stable environment to work.No cafeteria , no snacks breaks, strict lunch timings, strict office timings , 6 days working(sometimes even Sunday working)

It is a worst and bad company, please do not join this company and spoil your future like mental stress , depression. Mainly the managaement , director and hr . My friend also work in smart he also currently resigned the job beacuse of rude behaviour of Smart management , md, hr

Actually i have placed for smart as hr recruiter . But they did not give me that role , they are posting me to operations team. I have no interested in operations. MD , management , HR is full of waste behaviour and rude attitude.

Such a worst company and they all cheating by giving some documents which contains bunch of papers I really telling that I can't see any type of dockets in any company that they provided. Also there is no proper training i .e if we apply for one role they giving another role . They did not provide proper salary if we ask them salarythey saying unwanted replies like they did not tell that particular information but they replied that already we told to u . Such a poor company also they selecting some employees who can't able to guide others and repeating same error in works. They are very correct and genuine for their work but they did not provide any benefits to employees (if we came late we should go to home lately). Also they said that working hours are 9 to 6 but they keep us to sit more than 2 hrs even if we come early....Read More

Working nature is good and the management is loyal to all the employees. Past 5 years I am getting salary on time with proper increment.

Past 5 years everything is fine except corona period because corona period we are not getting increment.
