When I joined the company, I did not know much about the company. But the company is good and big brand. There are good requirements from the market that is why I joined the company.

Dislikes

Hygienic Research Institute is a very good company, there is no doubt about it but the senior management here is not sporty in any way. They have no interest in even knowing their reason, especially my territory. It's just politics.

Fake CTC, Fake HR department, Fake employees and fake designation. This company buy the tag of great place to work.

Dislikes

This is the worst company i have worked with.. Previously i was working in TCS, MITSUBISHI, TIMES OF INDIA.. All the above mentioned company have a great working culture.. Now I am working in Indian Railway.. But HRIPL is a worst company i have ever seen

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
