They not even pay salary on time, supervisors always cry that they don’t have money, they are in loss etc, full politics ( only chaatu employees are honoured here ) they are not running a company they are running a shit show, making employees work overtime and on weekends too but can’t pay them on time….. Management gives constructive criticism when it is needed and praise when it's due. Leaders on the ground need to learn, how to treat people. The way the CEO and Sales Head speak about their vision is not getting represented by these junior leaders. They should also focus on Student's concerns as a priority.
