The work culture, management, the whole system is beyond any one's expectations! and the relation between an employee and a employer is not less than a family. We can proudly say more than a office it's our family.

Dislikes

If I have to say about this I would say as we are only doing high profiles so it is quite hard to get a perfect profile for a certain role, and you have to maintain thr deadline too. So sometimes the work pressure is very high but it is a good thing under this pressure you will learn how to deal with this kind of situation.

Work Details

It's good, you can balance between your personal life and professional life. Which is another important thing to have in your day to day life.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

HumaQuest Consulting is a family. The work culture is really good. Everyday there is an opportunity to learn new things that will drive someone towards the growth.

The roles and responsibilities of the employees itself will not let a believer dislike HumaQuest Consulting.

Work Details

The role is quiet challenging wherein lies the beauty. At times, I felt unable to cope up with the demands but then I built myself up again with the help of the team.
