Huhtamaki is Finland based MNC and Company always talk about Safety is good thing. Also compamy follows 5S+S which is also helpful.

Dislikes

During COVID-19 company has not allowing leave.Have to attand office. No flexibility. Very limited increment. Co just talk about safty but no actual implimentation. Also after COVID-19 positive report co. just saying no treatment will be provided from co. and no support ( financial, medical , etc ) from company.

Company is not alowing WFH although WFH is possible for my Job profile .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Huhtamaki is a leading company in flaxible packaging industry, documentation , quality related procedures and regulatory process is outstanding. In previous year they start layoff and for that perticular reason in my opinion job security is not as good as employees expect . Rest all things are good , they are doing amazing in laminates , tube laminates , sleeve business is going great even they are doing blueloop project for sustainability in flaxible packaging industry .
