Huhtamaki is Finland based MNC and Company always talk about Safety is good thing. Also compamy follows 5S+S which is also helpful.

Dislikes

During COVID-19 company has not allowing leave.Have to attand office. No flexibility. Very limited increment. Co just talk about safty but no actual implimentation. Also after COVID-19 positive report co. just saying no treatment will be provided from co. and no support ( financial, medical , etc ) from company.

Organization goal is very good and caring for employees are good from top management.

Dislikes

Too much politics from middle management site. People knows how to create complications and then they will show there efficiency of solving issues. They are more cleaver how to play and mis use existing system. Individual efficiency to be checked apart from team work. Too much politics in this organisation mostly in Indian those who are here from long time.
