The word culture doesn't exist. 24/7 job, which by the way you take home with you every time you leave the office. Few managers there made our lives miserable.

Dislikes

Upper management gutted me out without any prior notice and without any compensation. My manager's behavior was very unprofessional. Most of the time members of my team were slanged with racist slurs just because we belonged to NE state. When we complained no one took any notice. Don't waste time running behind these VSAT companies.They have nothing to offer and there is no scope in the RF sector....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
