Everything. Management, HR, staff. People are arrogant and take things personally. There are no opportunities for those who work dedicatedly. Salaries are delayed by more than a month and no one will ever tell you when you'll receive.

Good Management. Best project to work

New/second generation Hubtown management is very good but looks likes they mislead by his oldies senior executive like VP and above post, in all dept (design Operation, account, HR} specially in projects & operation dept. (saying bcoz I am working in operation on site) Favorites shall be get more benifits whether it's Employee or Vendors. Some might be getting increment of 50% but some may not get even 5%. Two different vendors have different rates respective of same item and same project Request management to do the due diligence of your well established oldies in company. Perhaps company grow vertically by driving new efficient talent pool in the industry.. Last but least ,😔HR team, everyone knows & needless to say, such a incompetent dept. You can see lots of reviews on this platform. Very slow & pathetic onboarding process. no clarity on new employee roles & responsibility. HR metrix/SOP/DOP not relevant for all employees....Read More

No work pressure here. You can enjoy here and chill. No body asking here what are you doing and what is your plan. Salary is on time. Mr. Mahendra Gagan is working as a Project manager, He is very co operative and Good Person.

Dislikes

There is not any company culture. Some arrogent Sr. Engineer who call themselves to equivalent to PM but they even don't know how to talk some one. Politics and corruption is much more here.

Some of the teams are very good and HODs are supportive.

The HR Team (payroll team) is pathetic especially the HoD Geeta Menon and Bagyshree. The banking team head DV Prabhu and the banking team is also pathetic in working. No culture, no process no system at all. And worst part is management supports these type of people.
