Yes, sure. 👍 It was my first company to start my professional career. I have really gain knowledge of networking technology and there is good relationship with customer. If get any chance to work with this organization, absolutely I want to do again.

There is no dislike about working in Huawei Telecommunications India. It was really good and flexible to work in this organization. It's one of the best organization to gain knowledge or adopt new technology.

If you maintain your average productivity in a month you will get good incentive per month.

Working pressure is always there.The deadline of target for a month is unrealistic. Working culture is very poor. The policies were so bad. If there is no policies written manager and HR will make a new one everyday.Most of the employee left due to unavailability of desire project in 6 months of joining.If you are a Data analyst then they will give data entry project or if you are autocad engineer then they will assign billing project for you.
