Likes

In Huawei , learning opportunities is very good. One can work in multiple technologies . Compensation and benefits are very good. Hike and bonus are very high based on the performance of individual.

Dislikes

Working time is very long . Quite difficult to manage work life balance.

Work Details

Avarage working time is 10 to 11 hours , which is very essential as Huawei customer centric approach. As a engineer need to understand both work and life and tried to make it balance which I did .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The Bonus and annual increments are good

No work life balance, employees are humiliated by the managers, there is immense negativity between all team members as everyone is out to save his skin and so blame game everytime, manager has full power over employees and there is NO HR in sight that's why all employees are on 4th party roles so that they can be hired and fired any time....Read More
