Likes

One of worst management, I have ever seen. Company is Chinese but their indian management behaviour is rude and no one stable here. People quit either by self or by management behaviour. It is good company for spoil your life. They also steal salary after resignation.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
