The people in an organization sometimes do make a big difference in the overall work environment and this is a plus point for this company. There is ample of learning one can do you just need to be determined and hard working.

The people at the hierarchy level do take advantage of thier position and get partial with thier favourites. However i have rarely been a victim but have observed this.
