High Pay Scales. Potential to earn more than entitled capability. Highest incentive plan of the industry. High Job Security. Fully sales driven company, anything can be curated, if client is ready to pay. Highly flexible working hours. (only for the end)

No work life balance at all. Huge pressure for targets. Only you can earn and earn and earn, but will have no time to spend. Manager expects you to work on national, occasional and any other holidays. Job security is high because replacement is not possible. No one in the known market wants to join the company. Very poor management and dirty politics, worst than that E&Y CA employee who died because of work pressure. It is a story of every third employee of Ht media shine.com. Bose's are taking all benefits and executives are not able to balance there life because of work pressure and their dirty politics and illegal relationship with few female employees.

Free and open culture right until you have a report on the government. Then they start to squeal like pigs and mark you are enemy

Cutting down on basics like coffee which with long work hours really sucks. Moving out of Connaught Place also hit quality of work life

If you want to get retired, HT is the perfect place to be. People here have no goals in mind. Specifically their Radio business(Fever Network). Non ambitious people are running their Radio business. Duffers are getting praised and doers are getting scolded to raise voice against wrong. If you're joining HT, remember to not to join their Radio business.
