Compare to my previous experience of Radio which was the best industry exposure and company. However, working with Fever was totally opposite. I got chronic heart disease and diabetes at young age, due to the excessive tension given by the Manager Vishal C Shah having full support of the Management during my tenure. And overall it is same at every station of Fever FM across India.

Dislikes

No work life balance, impractical targets, bossism, no HR support - it's like HRs are only there to negotiate with you on salary during the time of hiring and later they send you notices and mails asking of compensation if you resign from your job due to sever medical condition caused by your job. Company does not even pay your travel and mobile allowances during F&F. And whatever you've been told to you by your reporting manager, will be blindly supported by his manager as they don't give a damn and you are just a slave to them. Don't expect any respect and peace in this organisation. It's worst than hell. If you are experienced enough to justify yourself.
