Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. Coprative department of cylender. All cylender department teammates are vry coprative. Celebration of function, birthday party and organisation games are very attractive. Overtime payments are also available for extra work. Facilites to picup from metro to compny but chargable.

Dislikes

Transports facilities are chargeble not free. Binding department have a very bad teammate. Their behaviour is very bad.For newcommers. Mostly time u have to force to do overtime. Bad apprasel/ increament. Sometime u have to do work on goverment holidays (exp:- Holi , Diwali, New year, Rakshabandhan etc.) Very high work pressure mantly and physically both.
