I like this company because it was a great place to work and learn and grow with this company. I learn many things here such as site execution of work, quality control & billing etc, other than that I also learn here how to communicate and work with fellow engineers & manage ministry officials everytime while they visited at site.

My work at hscc was to execute the work at site and as a surveyor also . I was also maintaining the quality work as a quality engineer and billing work as a billing engineer. I was working under PMSSY project of AIIMS Nagpur - OPD & Residential Buildings.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
