Work life balance is good. Work culture is also good.management takes care of employees.

The job is not that interesting... Nothing much to learn n grow ... Targets,rph,work rate ooe, will be irritating thing . ICATS is something more irritating .. every second of time will be recorded ... Which is not at all a good culture .
