It is difficult to find work and personal life balance in this company. You are definitely given chance to learn new things and improve your skillsets but there is no recognition for it. What I personally don't like is that you cannot take leaves as and when you would wish for, and even if you have planned it long back, there is a very high chance of it getting cancelled due to work requirement. The company does not think much about your mental well-being but definitely talks about it. Your personal life commitments have to be sacrificed a great deal here....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Work culture is good. Good amount of work pressure. There is no issue regarding taking your leaves. They encourage you to utilize your leaves.

Dislikes

Since its a hybrid working now, very minimum flexibility give to the relocated employees. Increments are not as expected. Work wise its ok. No data science is actually involved in the team that I work in. The opportunities for learning and career growth are very less.
