The company has great flexibility to work with respect to location and time. This provides well balanced work life environment. There is excellent platform for learning and every one in the team are encouraged to upskill there knowledge and exposure in different fields. At same time, there are ample career opportunities to explore.

Dislikes

The company has great career opportunities however there are concerns about job security amongst the employees. Innovation is picking up space recently but the changes are slow and at times have complicated the processes

My work in challenging but quite interesting which provides me good opportunity to provide exposure into Accounting, analysis, dispute management etc It also provides exposure to interact with lots of stakeholders and business partners across regions.

I was associated with HSBC for 7 long years and I must say I enjoyed my working in HSBC. I love the fact that I got the opportunity to work with HSBC and organisation has played a key role in my development. I was fortunate to work with some of the great leaders who took interest in my career and provided valuable guidance in the hours of need. Colleagues were awesome and very supportive, kudos to HR for getting professionals that suits organisation and team need. People and process wise it's a world class organisation, systems need to be there at that level. I left the organisation 4 yrs ago and while leaving the organisation I witnessed the focus was shifting to create a best in class finance systems.

I was fortunate to be involved in various areas in the BFSI space - Finance and Accounting (Insurance) , Liquidity reporting (Banking) & Projects (Group level). Worked as functional designer to Business analyst to Accountant.
