I love Being associated with this company. The effort is to make the environment friendly, less professional but effective. Fun at work is the main objective here. The management tries to keep the employee happy, wherever possible.

Dislikes

Sometime the management does not respond to the need of employees, may be they have their own reason for the same. Need parmanent solution to several issues, instead of quick and temporary fixed.

Work Details

Very nice and peaceful experience working at HR SPOT. Huge scope of learning as they are also experimenting and implementing new new process everyday. Very good place for learning.

I am currently working in HR Spot as Student Relationship Executive. Overall there is a positive work atmosphere. Colleagues are cooperative and friendly. There is job security and fairness in policies. Management organises frequent trips for employees which provide respite from the daily work grind.

Dislikes

At times there is office politics and people intrude in your personal space. Personally for my role, there is not much chance of career growth.

Constant communication with students and keeping them informed regarding classes and solving their day to day issues. All payment collection and updation in internal software for two locations.
