Job security and work culture in other department is good.

Dislikes

No proper support and response for new joiners in payroll department, work pressure is a lot, no work life balance, colleagues don't support.

Work Details

Terrible, since I haven't taken even public holidays in last 5 months. And we need to require beyond time schedule and no bonus or overtime for it. This started affecting my life and health.

Over all team members and supervisors are very supportive but you can work in a company where you are not paid as per the standard. If you are joining HR Spot than don't plan to stay for more than 2 or 3 years and switch as soon as you get growth
