Neither they have any code of conduct nor they follow any rules. I will not recommend any student or any candidates to join a cheat company like HR Spot. Don't waste your money & valuable time in such worst company. Thanks for giving me the opportunity for posting a review about this fraud company.

Not paying salary to staff. They are not providing any practical training. Not providing Jobs/placements to any single students after qualifying examination.

It's an Excellent ongoing experience with HR Spot. A lot I Have learned while working here. I like the rehiring and being in touch with their ex-employee policy here. Working culture is also very cooperative. I always feel positive and clear working here

Dislikes

Every organization is having few policy which is not according to the consent of every employee. Here in HR Spot I do no have such concern, and the good things is that they keeps on working to improve the culture and environment for there employee.

I love Being associated with this company. The effort is to make the environment friendly, less professional but effective. Fun at work is the main objective here. The management tries to keep the employee happy, wherever possible.

Dislikes

Sometime the management does not respond to the need of employees, may be they have their own reason for the same. Need parmanent solution to several issues, instead of quick and temporary fixed.

Likes

You should work for this company if you are a fresher or if you are into mid level of your career. because this company gives you the best opportunity to learn and experiment your ideas. The management is very supportive and they always ask for your suggestion.

Dislikes

They may focus more on the infrastructural activities. Because of the leniency of the management many times the employees take their responsibility very casually.
