Good work environment and culture. Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I do job in hpm chemicals 4.9 year company cheating with employees as a 2year LTA don't give me and commitment packages don't give the employee it means heavy detection in packages. Company don't want give employees gratuity . So Before 5 years complete. Company torture employees so he leave company and company do not give gratuity it is part of yearly package deduction Company don't support employee in covid time as a stop traveling expenses. work culture is friendly and transparent. Did not faced any unnecessary work pressure in past 1.5 years. no over timing at all means work-life balance is awesome. Nice atmosphere and location. Office premises is just extraordinary. Supported completely during covid-19 lockdown no penny deducted.
