I do job in hpm chemicals 4.9 year company cheating with employees as a 2year LTA don't give me and commitment packages don't give the employee it means heavy detection in packages. Company don't want give employees gratuity . So Before 5 years complete. Company torture employees so he leave company and company do not give gratuity it is part of yearly package deduction Company don't support employee in covid time as a stop traveling expenses.
