As a start-up, there are challenges and complexities because as you grow, the expectations get increased. Though it is difficult but there is a learning curve too. Company has very toxic environment and culture, no job security they fire people in seconds if they want to. Never join this company also the Management is pathetic here. Poor office conditions, discrimination in resources given to office staff . Favouritism is to next level here.

Despite contributing significantly to the company’s success, I didn’t receive the respect I deserved. The company claims to be international but operates like a local business. Long 12-hour shifts after a few days. The organization seems to be declining in traffic. Avoid if possible.
