They don't treat you like an employee; they treat you like a person. The management team's approach to employees reflects this, instead of ranting and screaming about problems, they offer assistance and share ideas. The remote setting is really enjoyable and social. Despite the cliche, because of the confidence and encouragement, the company has shown me. I don't even feel like I'm working.

favourable working conditions and culture. The management is quite friendly, and the team members are supportive. The company has good payments and good policies. The work is very fascinating. As a project manager, I initially had some difficulty, but I learned everything while working. I had the opportunity to interact with a variety of people, which was wonderful.

Fraud organization; we advise against falling for their deceptive promises. There are many salary worries; the management is inexperienced in running the company and is driving all of its employees into depression by failing to pay them.

Scammers, never pays to it's employees, it took them 3 months to pay me as I was crucial, but seen people not getting paid for 6-7 months and still stuck there with hope of getting paid soon. They are not even delivering work to their clients. Scamming with employees and clients both.
