the company is open to innovation and new ideas. I like the fact that i get the opportunity to share my ideas and implement. Another plus point is that my colleagues are very talented and supportive. thus we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Basic amenities like canteen and washrooms are not as per decent standers. Need to unorganized workings, department and random tasks are given which are not mentioned in the KRA.

They have recently laid off entire team without any notice and no this isn’t a survival business decision. They work only on contact hiring and their supply chain is horrible.
