Management was very active to teach work but job timings we can't imagine because that much of working timings come about salaries there is no growth because of that only i came out from that but everyone were very helpful in work that's why I have learnt work from mr teja sir in front office department.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
