I like the location of hotel. Team work was poor while I worked their. Salary was poor I was appointed by manager at certain salary but by the end of my first joining month the Hotel started MD went for deduction in my salary pay.

Dislikes

I believe that Hotel Ganpati should work on management because this is the fact why people work at Hotel. The Hotel do not pays much salary according to their employ work shipments.

Work Details

I was appointed as F.O.E.Genuinely speaking this designation is slightly challenging as I have to look after the hotel marketing and distribution as well as manage day to day work operations. Pitching for my company their facilities and benefits to guest

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
